Today a couple of friends of mine and I ventured to Israel's cosmopolitan coastal metropolis of Tel Aviv. After a pleasant lunch with the always engaging Lisa Goldman, we headed up to Rabin Square, then walked along the beaches before poking around the bazaar and grabbing an outstanding cheap meal in the Yemeni Quarter. There's more I want to go into, including an interesting conversation in the market and some pictures, but it'll all have to wait until later. However, this won't be my last trip to Tel Aviv.
