Kyrgyz Protest Disqualifications

Thousands of protesters have blocked roads and government buildings in Kyrgyzstan over the disqualification of candidates from next week's Parliamentary elections. The candidates were charged with bribing voters. If this IWPR story is true, they probably were, but then so is everyone else, and the point of the disqualifications was to rig the elections in advance for the regime's preferred candidates.
