Women's Rights Debate

The Kuwaiti Parliament today is debating measures related to women's suffrage in that country. Meanwhile, hundreds of people are protesting outside the Parliament building in support of the government, which has been seeking women's rights legislation for years against Islamist and tribal opposition.
