Kulov Government Resigns

In Kyrgyzstan, the government of Prime Minister Feliks Kulov has resigned. This is a good sign, as it paves the way for new Parliamentary elections under the newly approved Kyrgyz constitution. It also marks the end of what was effectively a power sharing agreement between Kulov and President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, who together have run the country since the March 2005 Tulip Revolution which toppled Askar Akiyev.
