Ayham al-Sammarae Update

Although a verdict from the appeals court dealing with Ayham al-Sammarae was supposed to release a verdict on November 28, they didn't, and it has now been delayed until December 28. He has been having health problems, and was taken to the hospital several days ago, though I believe he is out now. Meanwhile, authorities in Illinois want to interview him regarding a contract he may have helped award to Illinois businessman Tony Rezko's Rezmar Coorporation. I still suspect that if they believe he had been involved in serious wrongdoing, the family wouldn't be so eager to publicize his situation.
