Little is really known about Saturday's car bombing in Damascus. Although it's just one rumor among many, if it's true that a Syrian brigadier general was killed, then it starts to look as similar to recent car bomb assassinations in both Syria and Lebanon that al-Qaeda-inspired terrorism.
